It is is approximately 47 minutes long.
Do I just have to listen to the track?
Listening helps but you also actually have to use the material that you’ll hear 
The tips, techniques and questions can all make an impact but you’ll find it more beneficial to you if you play with the exercises, follow along with the instructions and answer any questions.
Can I listen to this while driving?
Please only listen when you can give your full attention to the contents – when you’re driving it’s a much better idea to have some focus on the road.

What format are the documents in, will my computer be able to open them?
They are all word documents, to make it as easy as possible for you to get started immediately.
I can’t download things onto this computer, can I still use this program?
That’s fine there is an alternative for you to work directly online, it just has to be set up manually so may take up to 24 hours to be done for you.
Do I have to download the audio?
Not if you don’t want to there is the option to listen online.
I can’t listen to audio on this computer, can I still use the program?
The program was built around the audio so I do recommend where possible to listen as it will be easier for you. However, each worksheet includes a transcript of the track so you will still be able to use Dealing with Interview Nerves, the interactive program.
